Choose from the following options for radio controlled, dimmable light fixtures:

BASIC SYSTEM (supports 128 lights per group) = Light + Motion Detector + Photocell
+ INTERNET: Remote Computer Receives Power Consumption & Self-Diagnostics
+ EMERGENCY LIGHT: Add batteries for 90 Minutes Egress for Power Outages
+ LOCATION MAPPING: Remote Computer shows Map & Status of each Fixture

Add the following options for onboard parking space monitors:

BASIC PARK-KIT = Each Light monitors up to 6 Parking Spaces.
LED Indicator Lights on Fixtures: RED = ALL SPACES FULL & GREEN = EMPTY SPACES AVAILABLE
+ SCREENS: Parking Status Shows on Screens at Entry to Lot and Entry to Floors
+ INTERNET: Remote Computer Receives Parking Reports by Floor & Structure
+ OVERTIME MONITOR: Reports Violations in Timed and Pay Parking Lots
+ SECURITY MONITOR: Reports and tracks movements of intruders after hours
+ FIRE & SMOKE ALARMS: System Supports External Smoke & Heat Detectors
+ CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS: Monitors CO Levels and Controls Fans
+ BATTERY BACK-UP: For Radio and Detectors only during Power Outages of up to (3) days

LIGHTING AND PARK-KIT INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE

EASY TO INSTALL: After Lights are installed their identity and location are recorded and mapped via a hand-held device. They are then assigned to groups & grids whose dimming levels and timers are programmed to operate as a unit.

EASY TO REPROGRAM: Fixtures or Groups of Fixtures can be reprogrammed at any time via a hand-held device or a remote computer.
