Features

• This multi-function LED or induction fixture uses the Ultra-efficient linear LED's
• The LED's operate in 40%/60% dimmable mode approximately 75% of the time
• A built-in motion detector on each fixture steps up the brightness to 100% when motion is detected
• A RF radio control switches all fixtures in designated area to 100% brightness when motion is detected
• A timer maintains the brightness on all fixtures in a designated area at 100% for +/- 5 minutes
• If a client waits in his car for the lights to dim, opening the car door brightens them once more
• Each fixture has a light-harvesting photo sensor to detect daylight
• Lights in day lit areas of above-ground parking lots will be turned off by sunlight
• Fixtures with back-up batteries will act as emergency lights at their dimmed levels
• The LED's lamp life of 50,000 hours will be extended by approximately 25%
• The induction lamp life of 100,000 hours will be extended by approximately 25%
• The system also incorporates occupancy sensors that read the status of parking spaces
• A RED LED will indicate the space is full and a GREEN LED indicates it is empty
• Information is relayed to screens on each level which maps and counts available spaces
• Each LED fixture comes with a conditional 5 year warranty
